The Book Club of California is a non-profit organization founded in 1912 with a vibrant tradition of preserving and promoting the art and history of the book. Our community is comprised of passionate book collectors, publishers, printers, designers, authors, historians, librarians, book artists, students, and bibliophiles of all stripes – people just like YOU!
With over 750 members and thousands of supporters, the Club engages and educates more than 4,000 individuals each year though its efforts and has become a haven for book lovers and bibliophiles in the Bay Area and beyond.
